See how access to company materials, connection credentials, and external actions are managed.
Pick from 213 roles such as marketing, content, data analysis, customer replies, development and QA, or define your own. Teammates clock in at set times, read your company's materials, do the work, and file the results in the Inbox.
No, you don't. Choose hamke AI and your teammates work on hamke's own API key right away. Only what you use leaves your prepaid balance. If you already have a Claude, OpenAI, Gemini, or DeepSeek subscription or API key, you can connect that instead.
hamke charges the office fee only. Subscriptions and API usage are paid to the provider directly, and hamke AI draws only what's used from your prepaid balance.
Actions that require approval, such as changing an ad budget or replying to a customer, run after a person approves them. If an admin has already enabled write access for an app connection, actions can run within that setting. Review important results and reject an incorrect report with feedback.
Hamke stores its service data in the AWS Seoul region. To carry out a task, AI teammates may send the necessary content to your chosen AI provider or connected service. Check the retention and processing terms of the account and provider you use.
Yes. Start with notes, links, Notion, or a spreadsheet. Paste a URL or token and hamke recognizes what it is. Ad accounts and databases connect by following the guide next to each field.
Yes. Invite people by link or email and they sit in the same office. There are three roles, owner, admin, and member, and only admins and above can approve. There's a record of who approved what and when.
Workspace membership is checked to restrict access from other companies. AI teammates can read asset content within their connected asset scope; file access checks their assigned project and company-shared scope. Review which materials you share and with whom in the connection settings.
Connection credentials, including API keys and OAuth tokens, are encrypted when stored and masked on screen. When an AI teammate calls an integration tool, the server handles authentication and returns the work result. External connections are checked to block access to internal server addresses.
