Terms of Service
hamke is an AI Office for managing AI teammates and work. Workspace fees, optional AI costs and account permissions are separate and transparent.

Register through an email verification code or Google sign-in. Provide accurate information and protect your sign-in methods. Owners and administrators manage workspace connections and billing; members act within their permissions. Only the owner of a personal AI connection can assign, run or manage it. Sharing personal accounts or seats and circumventing usage limits are prohibited.
3. Prices and limits
There are four plans: Free, Pro, Business+ and Enterprise+. Pricing is per seat: each person in the workspace (guests excluded) is one seat and each registered AI teammate is one seat, paused teammates included. Free covers up to 30 people and 2 AI teammates with no time limit, shows the last 90 days of messages (older ones are hidden, not deleted) and allows 3 projects, 5 assets, 10 document pages, 1 GB of files, 1 document teamspace and 1 channel webhook. On Free, AI teammates work on call or at scheduled times (no autonomous mode) and the workspace gets 10 AI runs a day. Pro is $5 per person and $2 per AI teammate a month with no limits, full history, 5 GB of files per person, 10 guests and autonomous mode with a fair-use allowance of 15 hours per AI teammate a month (beyond that only autonomous check-ins slow down). Business+ is $12 per person and $2.50 per AI teammate a month and adds 10 GB of files per person, 50 guests, priority support and 30 hours per AI teammate. Voice, video and screen sharing are unlimited on every plan. File storage is one pooled limit shared by the whole workspace (people × GB per person). Enterprise+ is a separate agreement. Yearly billing charges 10 months (2 free). All prices are in USD excluding tax. Each charge is calculated from the number of people and AI teammates on the billing date; seats added during a paid period are prorated by the days used and added to the next invoice (monthly on yearly plans). Removed seats apply from the next renewal. We may change prices and limits; changes apply from the next billing and are published on the pricing page. Charges are billed in USD; your card issuer sets the exchange rate and any card fees.
The subscription includes no AI tokens or recurring AI credits. Pay your own subscription and API providers directly. Optional hamke AI usage is deducted separately from your prepaid AI balance. Payments or providers marked as unavailable remain unavailable until configured.
4. Renewals, changes and cancellation
Recurring billing starts only after you consent to the period, amount and automatic renewal and register a payment method. Paid access begins after the payment processor verifies success. Billing & plans shows the next date and scheduled changes. Plan changes take effect at the next billing period.
Cancel renewal in Billing & plans; access continues through the paid period. A charge already submitted must be reconciled before cancellation is finalized. Without a confirmed renewal, the workspace returns to Free limits after its paid period. Failed payments are not retried indefinitely. Contact info@hamke.ai for card changes or billing issues.
5. Data, output and acceptable use
You and the original rights holders retain rights in input materials. You authorize processing, storage and transfer necessary to deliver the service and must have authority and a lawful basis to connect data. AI output may contain errors, omissions or similar material; human review is required for significant decisions and external actions. Prohibited uses include clinical diagnosis and treatment. We do not guarantee accuracy or exclusive rights in output.
External actions remain subject to connection permissions and required approvals. Illegal activity, infringement, malicious code, credential theft, evasion and service disruption are prohibited. We may restrict affected connections or work when necessary and explain reasons and review options where practicable.
6. Availability, termination and responsibility
Provider outages, limits, policy changes and offline personal computers may delay execution. We give advance notice of maintenance and material changes where practicable. Request account closure, export or workspace termination at info@hamke.ai. Accrued legitimate charges and statutory retention obligations survive termination.
Each party remains responsible for its own fault. We do not exclude liability for intentional misconduct, gross negligence or liability that cannot legally be excluded. The Refund Policy and Privacy Policy also apply. Korean law applies without overriding mandatory consumer protections; statutory courts have jurisdiction. Future changes will be announced before taking effect, with adequate notice and required consent for material adverse changes.
